About Us

History

Christ Covenant School launched in the Fall of 2002, as a ministry of Pear Orchard Presbyterian Church (PCA). Since that time, God has blessed us with an incredible school community that we truly feel privileged to serve. Our mission is to partner with Christian parents in teaching, training, and equipping their children academically and spiritually so that they will be able to love the Lord, to think biblically, and to glorify God in every area of life. At Christ Covenant School, we are committed to excellence and committed to Christ. While we teach all subjects from a biblical worldview, we are known throughout the area for offering one of the most academically advanced programs available. Our students are well equipped through our rigorous academics that will serve them well through their high school and college years. While we know other schools offer a quality education, few schools are as well regarded as CCS in our approach to integrating faith in the learning process. Our faculty and staff members are trained to instruct our students in ways that point them back to God as the Author and Creator of all knowledge and wisdom. We are a covenant model school meaning at least one parent must be a self-professing follower of Jesus Christ, and the family must be active in a local body of believers. We are so committed to preserving the culture of our school community, we require a Parent Faith Interview as part of our admissions process. It is our desire for this website to assist you in discovering whether CCS is the right school to partner with your family in a Christ-centered education for your child.
